Job Title: IT & Finance Auditor

Role Overview:

an IT & Finance Auditor who will be responsible for assessing IT infrastructures, applications, and security controls to ensure compliance, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Expertise in examining financial statements, internal controls, and accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate IT systems, databases, and security frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and test IT general controls (ITGC).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Audit user access controls, configurations, and vendor IT documentation.
• Report anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support business continuity and incident response planning.
• Plan and conduct financial audits across departments
• Review financial records, statements, and transaction data
• Identify risks, non-compliance, or inefficiencies
• Recommend improvements in financial processes and internal controls
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years in auding domain with proven strong knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and financial regulations.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and financial regulations.
• Certifications like CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP,CPA, CIA, or CFA preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Sage)
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, risk analysis, and internal controls.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical findings into business language.
